Quality : ISO Certified :
Melville Shipping Limited commenced the Total Quality Management process under the guidance of Phillip Crosby and Associates. As a measure of progress and continued commitment to quality, Melville Shipping Limited implemented the ISO 9002 and Enhancement quality system, certification of which was obtained in July 25, 1997. Melville Shipping was the first and for a long time the only ship agency that was ISO certified. The company is currently certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) under the ISO 9001:2000 certification standard. We are audited semi-annually from personnel from the DNV office in Houston, USA.
