Fortin to ammonia vessels in Pt. Lisas and containerized vessel in Port of Spain. You can be assured that all vessel requirements are met. Our responsibility include but are not limited to the below:
Vessel Bow
+ Coordinates vessel arrival and departure.  
+ Ensures all ISPS requirements are met.  
+ Arranges for vessel arrival by ordering the following services:
 
  • Mooring
  • Customs
  • Immigration
  • Pilotage
  • Towage
 
+ Attends to vessel's requirements during port stay, such as:
 
  • Ship's stores
  • Ship's spares
  • Crew changes
  • Medical
  • Repairs
  • Ensures that Cargo operations are properly coordinated.
+ Keeps principal advised of vessel arrival, in-port activities and completion details.
  Arranges for vessel's departure by ordering:
 
  • Pilotage, Towage, Un-mooring
  • Ensuring vessel documents are on-board with clearance to next port.
+ Advises all parties of vessel's departure/ETA next port.
+ Ensures all relevant documents (loading/discharge production reports, notice
of readiness, statement of facts, discrepancy reports, dry certificates, etc.) are
completed and forwarded to proper parties (mainly principal).
+ Perform any additional services as requested by Principals.
+ Assists with requirements for OFF-HIRE, ON-HIRE, RE-DELIVERY inspections,
surveys and other requirements.
